Serves: 4 people
Ingredients for 4 people
- Lomo autor codfish 4 pieces
- tomatoes 500 g
- Sicilian capers
- Italian olives
- Chili
- Pesto powder
Method

Carve the tomatoes and boil them for a few seconds in water

Strain them in water and ice and remove the skin

Heat pan with oil and a crushed clove of garlic, while cutting cherry tomatoes into four parts

Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook them over medium heat pouring a glass of water

Add capers and olives and finish cooking for 6-10 minutes

Add the codfish, turn off the heat, close the lid and let it cook for 6-7 minutes
