Ingredients for 4 people

  • Sicilian Red Prawns 12
  • Tomatoes 12
  • Bel peppers 2
  • Chili essence
  • Bread
  • Evo oil
  • Finger lime caviar


  • Blend peppers and tomatoes with an immersion blender
  • Strain the mixture through a sieve
  • Season with oil, salt, pepper, chili and some toasted bread. Blend again
  • Clean shrimp from head and shell
  • Season them with oil salt and pepper
  • Plate by topping with finger lime caviar
