Ingredients for 4 people
- Pink shrimp tartare 400 g
- Hass Avocado 2
- Raspberry Couils 100 ml
- Wasabi
- Salad
- Evo oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Xanthan
Method

Pour the raspberry coulis, wasabi paste, evo oil, salt and a little water to dampen the flavor into a glass
