PINK SHRIMP and AVOCADO Tartare | Very Easy Summer Recipe

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Pink shrimp tartare 400 g
  • Hass Avocado 2
  • Raspberry Couils 100 ml
  • Wasabi
  • Salad
  • Evo oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Xanthan

Method

  • Pour the raspberry coulis, wasabi paste, evo oil, salt and a little water to dampen the flavor into a glass
  • Blend adding xanthan to thicken
  • Season the pink shrimp tartare with oil, salt and wild pepper
  • Place the avocado slices inside a mold and add the pink shrimp tartare
  • Complete the serving with the drizzled emulsion and a watercress salad
