Sicilian red prawn tartare with burrata cheese and dehydrated pesto

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Sicilian red shrimp tartare 400 g
  • Burrata Cheese 120 g
  • Dehydrated pesto 8 g
  • Evo oil
  • Salt


  • Season the tartare with evo oil and salt
  • Using a ramekin, place the tartare on a plate
  • Cover half of it with the dehydrated pesto
  • Add the burrata cheese
