Ingredients for 4 people
- Langoustines 12
- Linguine 320 gr
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Maldon Salt
- Dry white wine
- Garlic
Method
- Clean the langoustines
- Sauté a clove of garlic in a saucepan and add the scampi shells
- Deglaze with white wine and cook at least 30 minutes
- Put the linguine into boiling salted water and cook for about 2 minutes
- Finish cooking the linguine in the scampi bisque
- Sauté the linguine with a langoustine tartare and raw oil
