Ingredients for 4 people

  • Langoustines 12
  • Linguine 320 gr
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Maldon Salt
  • Dry white wine
  • Garlic


  • Clean the langoustines
  • Sauté a clove of garlic in a saucepan and add the scampi shells
  • Deglaze with white wine and cook at least 30 minutes
  • Put the linguine into boiling salted water and cook for about 2 minutes
  • Finish cooking the linguine in the scampi bisque
  • Sauté the linguine with a langoustine tartare and raw oil
