How to make the perfect CACIO E PEPE pasta

Serves: 4 people
Ingredients for 4 people
- Spaghetti pasta 500 g
- Pecorino Romano 125 g
- Black pepper
Method
- Crush the pepper and toast it in a pan
- Cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes, drain and finish cooking it with the pepper
- Melt the pecorino cheese with a drop of the cooking water
- When cooking is complete, toss the pasta with the pecorino and pepper
