Ingredients for 4 people
- Carnaroli Rice 280 g
- Castelmagno Cheese 60 g
- Butter 60 g
- Vegetable stock
- Aromatic herbs
- EVO Oil
- Salt
Method
- Toast the rice in a saucepan
- Deglaze with wine and cover with broth
- Grate 60 g of Castelmagno cheese
- Blend the herbs and oil with a minipimer until creamy
