How to cook RED TUNA FILLET in a Pistachio Crust

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Red tuna fillets 4
  • Peeled pistachios 200 g
  • Mini zucchini 8
  • Jackdaws 12
  • Rainbow Carrots 12
  • Evo oil
  • Salt


  • Blend pistachio grains until a flour is obtained

  • Season the red tuna steak with oil salt and pepper

  • In a red-hot skillet, brown the tuna 30 seconds per side

  • Oil the tuna and coat it in pistachio flour

  • In case medium cooking is desired, complete cooking in oven 5 minutes at 180°.

  • Quickly saute vegetables with salt pepper and butter

  • Plate
