Ingredients for 4 people
- Buffalo Mozzarella 4
- Oxheart tomatoes 4
- Dehydrated Pesto
- Basil
- Salt
- EVO Oil
- Black Pepper
Method
- Cut the mozzarella into slices and let it rest on a paper towel
- Cut the tomatoes into slices
- Season the tomatoes
- Plate in this sequence: tomato, mozzarella and dehydrated pesto
