Blinis with Kaluga Caviar, Oysters and Champagne

How to make BLINIS

Level: Easy

Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Kaluga Amur Caviar 50 g
  • Sour Cream 50 g
  • Milk 75 gr
  • Cream 75gr
  • Flour 80 gr
  • Egg 1
  • Salt
  • Sorlut Oysters 8 


  • Mix milk, cream, flour, eggs and salt with the help of a whisk
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them with the rest of the mixture
  • Grease the griddle and lay a spoonful of the mixture on it
  • Halfway through cooking, turn the blinis
  • Serve with sour cream and caviar and accompany with oysters and a glass of champagne
