How to make BLINIS

Serves: 4 people
Ingredients for 4 people
- Kaluga Amur Caviar 50 g
- Sour Cream 50 g
- Milk 75 gr
- Cream 75gr
- Flour 80 gr
- Egg 1
- Salt
- Sorlut Oysters 8
Method
- Mix milk, cream, flour, eggs and salt with the help of a whisk
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them with the rest of the mixture
- Grease the griddle and lay a spoonful of the mixture on it
- Halfway through cooking, turn the blinis
- Serve with sour cream and caviar and accompany with oysters and a glass of champagne
