Not sure how to cook squid tagliatelle?
In this video recipe, we show you how to prepare a perfect summer appetizer: squi tagliatella marinated with oil, salt, and pepper and some fresh spinach lightly sautéed.
These "tagliatelle" are made from beautiful cleaned squid cut into strips; packaged in convenient 100 g vacuum-packed pouches, which ensure unchanged texture, flavor, aroma and nutritional values. Squid are among the most delicious shellfish, thanks to their delicate taste and exceptional texture. They prefer coastal waters and live both on the surface and at depth (up to 500m).

Simply sauté the squid tagliatelle in a pan for a few minutes with a drizzle of oil to extract all the flavors, then season a squid ink risotto.
