Iftar

Iftar is the evening meal that is eaten after sunset to break the daily fast. During iftar, Muslims consume energy-rich foods to replenish their strength, such as soups, meats, rice, breads, fruits and sweets. It is a social occasion where friends and family gather to eat and celebrate together.
