The attachment to their roots, production rigor and passion that animate Tenuta Chiaramonte are the result of the agricultural culture of Sicily and the Hyblean land in particular, which boasts a millennia-old tradition of olive oil production, started by Greek settlers and later interpreted by the Arabs. The farm, with its extensive olive groves and modern oil mill, is located in the sunny countryside of Ragusa.
The farm and the production
Tenuta Chiaramonte's work cycle relies exclusively on an internal 0-kilometer supply chain, which begins with cultivation, is enhanced in production in an oil mill with sophisticated technology, and is perfected in storage and bottling. Tenuta Chiaramonte produces organic extra virgin olive oils, some of which can boast acronyms such as DOP and IGP. Not only oil, but also organic datterino or cherry tomato sauce and olive and fruit dressings to give a unique flavor to your dishes.

The Distinto is a deep green oil that is characterized by a medium fruitiness, with balanced notes of bitterness and spiciness. The Galante is distinguished by its medium fruity smell with herbaceous sensation and green color. The Amabile is a blend dedicated to more delicate palates, it has a green color tending to yellow, the perceptions are of a light fruity with mild notes of bitter and spicy. The Primizio is a balanced oil, with perceptions of medium ripe fruitiness and medium notes of bitterness and spiciness.
