The company, with its vast olive groves and its modern oil mill, is located, in fact, in the sunny countryside of Ragusa, among hills sloping down to the sea and dry stone walls which have become a World Heritage Site. The working cycle of Tenuta Chiaramonte makes exclusive use of an internal supply chain at 0 km, which begins with the cultivation, is exalted in the production in an oil mill with sophisticated technology, and is perfected in storage and bottling.
