Mazara Red Prawn Tartare
Don Gambero Red Prawns live at a depth of about 700 meters, where the strong sea currents contribute to make them nice and firm, while the high evaporation that the Mediterranean Sea undergoes in the warm season enriches their meat with those mineral salts that give them an unmistakable taste.
The "Ammaru Russu" is praised all over the world as an Italian excellence with a refined, sweet and delicate taste, and it is so sought after also for its low calorie and high iodine content.
The Tartare Premium is processed from extra shrimp tails, cleaned and devened manually in the certified laboratories of the fishing boats and killed with a very high thermal shock: the processing is done quickly without rinsing and without glazing to maintain all the freshness of the product.
To regenerate the Tartare it will be enough to soak the package for about ten minutes in cold water, after which it will be sufficient to take it out of the package to consume it in all its freshness.
How to defrost and use: thaw the product in the refrigerator. The defrosted product must not be refrozen and must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours
