Fresh Sea Spaghetti
The Seaweed Spaghetti are a very soft sea vegetable. The colour is brown if fresh and green when cooked. The texture is crunchy with a narrow and long form. It has a high content of fibers and magnesium. This seaweed gives its best in salads or soups but it can replace the salt when reduced in powder.
The Company
Porto-Muiños is a family business formed by husband and wife, Antonio Muíños and Rosa Mirás. In 1998, they began processing seaweed and selling it in dry or canned form. Today their products can be found in powdered, salted and fresh form, the latter in particular are having great success. Antonio and Rosa have built the success of their company on the study and dissemination of the organoleptic characteristics of seaweed.
