Chopped Piedmont P.G.I. Hazelnut

Ready-to-use chopped Piedmont Hazelnut, ideal in pastries, baked goods or simply to finish off an ice cream or yogurt. The excellence, which is in the DNA of the company, is guaranteed by the new Pariani Technical Regulations, which go well beyond the Regulations for the "Piedmont Hazelnut" PGI, requiring specific production parameters to be further verified with a "sensory analysis" of the shape, color and flavor to determine the best lots.

The cultivation area - Cortemilia and neighboring municipalities - has been selected for altitude, slope and soil type in order to ensure the best possible quality. Production and harvesting take place according to good agricultural practices, and drying follows high standards of hygiene and safety. With this supply chain, Pariani guarantees the quantity of product required by its customers: the forty or so growers who have joined the project commit to delivering all or part of their harvest, according to individual contracts.

The Company

Pariani is a family business that began its activity in 2010 with the production of Hazelnut Oil made exclusively with "Piedmont Hazelnuts" P.G.I. From the immediate success of the hazelnut oil among professionals, the entire range of strictly Italian nut oils was born. The Pariani range was then expanded and completed with semi-finished products for ice cream, including pastes, flours, grains, candied fruit, essences and special ingredients.
