The Company
Longino & Cardenal was founded in 1988 and was the first Italian company to import fresh caviar from Iran: the intuition of importing the raw material and re-packaging it with a precise identity through a new brand proved to be a winner, giving rise to a new business model.
The fictional characters, Longino, a Swiss nobleman, and Cardenal, a Cuban fisherman, concretely represent our philosophy. We started with caviar to discover many other Rare and Precious Foods around the world.
