Sicilian Pistachio Oil
Sicilian Pistachio oil is obtained by cold-pressing the seeds of the plant, whether fresh or previously lightly roasted.
Its deep green color contributes, along with its clear texture, to its pleasant appearance. The aroma, the same as that of fresh pistachio, is fresh and recognizable, and the flavor soft and fruity.
Ideal in the preparation of sauces or to enhance the flavor of raw fish, but also in the form of pesto to season pasta or as an ingredient in the making of desserts.

From the immediate success of hazelnut oil among professionals in the sector, the entire range of strictly Italian nut oils was born. Pariani's range then expanded and was completed with semi-finished products for ice cream, including pastes, flours, grains, candied fruits, essences and special ingredients.
