Since 1985, the founder of Fishgourmet, a simple but tenacious and persevering man, has dedicated part of his life to the production of smoked sardines, a pioneer in this field who has worked day after day to improve the product, processed by hand and with special care so that it reaches the consumer in exceptional condition. The founder passed on his knowledge from generation to generation and even today everything is carried out following his dream: to make the product known crossing borders, with the same quality as always.
All Fishgourmet products are characterized by an interesting amount of unsaturated fatty acids from the Omega 3 family. This is important because fish is a good alternative to the high protein consumption of high-fat meat. Fishgourmet meticulously controls the production process of its smoked products from receiving, to salting, to smoking for a totally artisanal production, paying great attention to each fish fillet, leaving it completely clean, without skin, scales or bones, until packaging.
