Individually frozen (IQF), Octopus T2 is biggest sized, about 3 kg in weight.

Octopus meat is very tasty and wholesome, typical of many regional Italian cuisines that use boiled, roasted, fried or casseroled octopus.
What makes the Mediterranean octopus special?
Its main characteristic-which differentiates it from others of its kind-is the double row of suckers on each of its 8 tentacles. It is fished in the Mediterranean at two different times of the year: from September to December (small size) and from May to July (large size).

Depending on market availability, red shrimp could be sourced from vessels not flying the Italian flag, but still fished in the Ionian Sea FAO Zone 37.2.2 and processed in Mazara del Vallo plants.
