Mixed Deboned Fish - For Frying And Soups
A mix of products caught in the Strait of Sicily (FAO Zone 31.7 - 37.2) killed on board, ready to be cooked with a few simple steps. The selection of the best fish frozen in IQF (individually) so that nothing is wasted and only the quantity required is used. According to seasonality, a true exploit of the Sicilian Channel, a mixture of fish ideal for fried foods and soups: red shrimp tails, pink shrimp tails, fillets of barbed anchovies, squid and cuttlefish.
Like all Don Gambero products, the fish are culled in the certified laboratories of the fishing boats with a very high thermal shock: the processing is carried out quickly without rinsing or glazing to maintain all the freshness of the product. Individually frozen (IQF) in 0.5 kg trays.
For a perfect frying, just a few steps are needed: after thawing the product, dust the fish with a mixture of wheat flour 00 and semolina, in the same proportions (do not use water). Immerse the floured fish evenly in seed oil at 180°C and fry for a few minutes, until golden brown.
