Chives
From the Amarillidaceae family, chives grow mainly in moist places and in temperate-cold areas. The tissues that go into making up this plant are undoubtedly very rich in minerals (calcium, potassium, iron and phosphorus), but it also has a good amount of vitamins, as well as fiber, all of which benefit the skin.
This particular herb is also used for cooking, not only to decorate and embellish dishes but also as an actual seasoning.
France is the one that uses chives prominently: to enhance crepes, sauces, soups, salads; in Italy, on the other hand, it is often used to flavor meat or fish dishes, side dishes and cheeses.
