Lemon Grass
Thomas Spornberger herbs, flowers, and mysticals doesn't weigh them: he counts them. So yes, the Alpin Herbs packages go by quantity. In fact, in each little box there are only a precise number of tips, among the florets, best, tender and fresh. All cut by Thomas, his mother and their three employees, strictly by hand with scissors so reminiscent of manicure scissors. As soon as the order is received, they go to the greenhouse and harvest what is requested, to ship it immediately the same day.
To his credit, he has revolutionized the growing process by shifting the focus from the rhythms of the soil to those punctuated by the succession of courses on a restaurant table. Indeed, Thomas is able to schedule which and how many plants to produce, based on the demands and needs of each individual chef. Ensuring maximum product customization and flexibility.
