Known as the blue egg shrimp, the Gobetto shrimp is fished mainly in the Sicilian Channel. It lives in deep, muddy bottoms. The meat is sweet and firm while the blue eggs have a delicate flavor.

Defrosting and use instructions: Defrost the product in the refrigerator or at a temperature not exceeding 4°C. The defrosted product must not be refrozen and must be consumed within 24 hours.
